How would you like to replace your love handles for rock hard abs and a sexy stomach?
Sounds pretty nice huh? I bet you want to know how to do it. That is fine but first let me tell you what NOT to do.
DO NOT spend countless hours a day doing sit-ups or crunches. All you will do is hurt your back and waste your time.
DO NOT buy a popular abdominal exercise that promises rock hard abs.
Why would I tell you not to do these things? Because if you do have love handles you probably have fat over your abdominal wall, too.
Why does this matter? Because even a single layer of fat over your stomach will hide your progress.
So what do you need to do? Get rid of your fat first.
To do this you need to:
-Diet - This doesn t mean go and order the hottest diet fad product. It means eat right and eat healthy.
-Exercise Your Core Muscles - If you want a firm toned midsection you need to exercise and strengthen your core muscles. Not only your abs but all of your core muscles. Doing this will make your abs look awesome when you actually lose the fat over your stomach.
-Train(Aerobics) -To have great abs you need to burn more calories than you take in. Aerobic training combined with the tips above will get rid of your nasty love handles and reveal a sexy stomach. All you have to do is play basketball or jump rope. It is that simple.
There is no way working out 5 minutes a day will give you a body like a model. The people that show off their abs on T.V. shows had to work really hard to get where they are.
But if you are dedicated and will work hard you can do it too!
