5 Ways to Lose Weight Faster,Women Issues

If I were to think back to about twenty years ago the biggest thing that I would remember is that people used to be skinny! The waistlines of society are expanding at a rapid pace and I, for one, don t like it.

Then again, I might be of a different breed. I ve thought about this a lot, you see, and this is what I came up with: I must be an alien. I go for walks, I ride my bike, and I even work out- all things that a “normal” person in our society today simply just does not do.

I often get asked how I am able to stay as thin I am. I never had an answer simply because I thought it all made sense to me. But, the more I got to thinking about it, the more I decided to offer my top 5 ways of losing weight (and keeping it off once it s gone). These are the exact same methods I follow to keep my shape.

Phentramin. The one word that s made a world of difference for so many people. Phentramin is like a diet pill (though it isn t has harsh on your system). Phentramin effectively controls your appetite, while at the same time increasing your metabolism and helping suppress the hormones that exasperate stress.

Phentramin works fast and, compared to many “diet” pills, is pretty inexpensive. It s been called the “lazy mans way out” simply because it works and doesn t require frequent trips to the gym to make it happen.

Early morning cardio. Yes, you read that right. The next time you feel a bit chubby you might want to get up nice and early and go for a morning jog (or walk). Do this before you eat as you will burn the calories that your body consumed the day before. A calorie surplus is, as you probably know, why you gained the weight in the first place. Weight machines. I know it s not the most pleasant activity, but lifting weights will do wonders for your body. It s like supercharging your workout- any cardio that you ve been doing will become more effective and your body will literally begin to shed pounds! Don t believe me? I don t blame you- it s not like getting up and actually trying it actually did anyone any good anyway. Salads. Meat and potatoes are my favorite meal. Unfortunately, too much clogs your system and expands your waistline. I enjoy a good steak and mashed potato meal twice a week. The other five days I eat smart and enjoy a lot of salads.

Why salad, you ask? Easy- a good salad is healthy, filling, and helps with the digestion of your meal. Eating salad never killed anyone, but too much red meat sure has. Think about it.

And lastly…

Discipline. The one thing that nearly everybody is missing. You need to be disciplined and motivated to stay on your diet and to keep your workout routine going. As soon as you stop your results stop with it, and there is nothing more frustrating than losing 10 pounds only to gain it all back again.
